Personalized dosing, digital precision
A caplet with two score lines that divide it into three equal sections, so one printed tablet can serve a titration schedule: a third, two-thirds or the full dose, snapped cleanly by hand.

Many therapies start low and step up. Low-dose naltrexone is the familiar example: a 4.5 mg target reached gradually, with patients moving through intermediate doses over weeks. Conventionally that means several strengths to compound, label and stock, and a patient juggling bottles.
The tri-score tablet is printed as a single caplet with two digitally placed score lines dividing it into three equal sections. The patient snaps it by hand: one section, two, or the whole tablet. Because the M3DIMAKER deposits the ink by volume into a cavity of known geometry, each section carries a consistent share of the dose, and the score lines are placed in the mold rather than pressed in afterwards.
For the pharmacy, one validated ink and one tablet cover the whole titration. For the prescriber, a schedule that patients can actually follow. For the patient, one bottle.
Example: LDN 4.5 mg caplet taken as 1.5 mg → 3 mg → 4.5 mg across the titration
Who it helps: Prescribers who titrate; patients on step-up protocols
