Conventional tablet lines mean compression tooling and batch minimums. Pete Pharma prints immediate-release tablets by semi-solid extrusion: molten pharma-ink is deposited straight into tablet cavities and sets in about six minutes at room temperature. The tablets are printed on demand, precision-scored, vegetable-derived, and shelf-stable without refrigeration.

Immediate-release tablets on our TS-88 and PEG-3D6 bases release more than 80% of the active in under 30 minutes, confirmed by USP dissolution testing. A single validated ink per API covers the entire dose range, because dose is set by print volume rather than by a new formula: you formulate per delivery mechanism, never per strength.

A full tray prints in a single run, up to 400 tablets, and every tablet ships with its own recorded QC weight. No blister packing, no sealing, no cold-pack shipping.
