The compounded medication and prescribed dose stay exactly the same; the delivery gets better. Each active is 3D-printed into a single dissolvable tablet: the patient drops it into their sinus rinse bottle, it fully dissolves in under 90 seconds, and they irrigate as usual. No opening capsules, no scooping powder, and far more stable in transport and storage.

Our formula builds a gel matrix around the API and dissolves it fully into the irrigation solution, so the active coats and clings to the sinus mucosa for better dwell and contact time. Powder from an opened capsule, often cut with xylitol, stays largely undissolved and rinses straight back out.

More than 400 tablets print in under 15 minutes, so on-demand production keeps up with prescription volume with no batch minimums or long lead times, and a solid printed tablet travels and stores far better than loose powder or pre-mixed solution.
